The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

Efficient service and good customer service

Europcar has different car classes as advertised on easyrentcar. I booked a RAV4 but Europcar would not give me one for the price. They would only give me a Mitsubishi ASX. Had to pay 2x the advertised price for the correct size and class vehicle. Not happy at all. Get this fixed.
