The staff at the Franklin St. counter kept insisting for half an hour that full insurance was not purchased, even though I had confirmed it. When returning the car, the staff member was very cold and robotic.

Couldn't get the car model I wanted during pickup, recommended an upgrade and tried to sell insurance!

Poor attitude

I booked an medium SUV kia Sportage but the counter staff convinced me for an mercedes GLA180 upgrade without asking me how many passengers and luggage I have. At the end my family have to suffer limited space throughout Melbourne journeys for 6 days in GOR. Hope for customer oriented services instead of money making. Will not return again.

I think that Europcar can improve its return process because who receive the car were not informative and friendly. So I had to come back to the office service to ask some questions and evething was easily managed.
