The car was very new, with only a little over a thousand miles on it. However, the tank wasn't full, and the vehicle wasn't thoroughly inspected during pickup. I'll make sure to take photos next time for documentation.

It seems that Budget's locations are busier than others, possibly because they are more affordable. For popular pickup and drop-off spots, it's best to allocate a little extra time. The staff were quite busy, but their service was not affected. If you prepare your questions in advance, they will answer them clearly.

The supposed free full tank of gas that was indicated in the QEEQ booking was not honoured by the lady at the budget car rental.

Worked well although price drop didn't kick in at all.
