Car was great. Spacious although Budget did state that sometimes, 12 passenger vans are unavailable.

The car I rented was not the same model I received, and I was only informed of the extra charges when switching vehicles. Additionally, they forced me to purchase a highway toll card.

They provided a free car upgrade, and the experience was seamless.

The vehicle was excellent with spacious seats and a trunk that easily accommodated three large suitcases.

No need to queue up

It was a terrible experience. I had to choose between Zuzuche and another company, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice by picking Zuzuche. I paid 540 RMB per day for the rental, but a few hours after returning the car and leaving the shop, I was charged another 74 USD. When I hurried back to inquire, I was told that the previous payment was just a deposit and the 74 USD was the balance. I tried coordinating with Zuzuche for a week, but got no response. I do not recommend this service at all and will never use Zuzuche again.
