Picking up and returning the car is very convenient. The rental station is outside the airport, and the shuttle bus service is very efficient.

Very nice and friendly people. They were anxious to serve and get you on your way. The only three things that I can comment to make things go better is 1} as a city dweller, it would be nice if they could get approval to pick up at Mascot Train Station. As a city dweller, needing a car, I don't really need to go to airport and it would save city dwellers on the gate airport surcharge for the trains. Second, if I was flying into airport, it would be nice to have clearer signage as where the pick up point is at the terminal. Third, signage on the return to facility. The GPS does not take you there and a few signs maybe helpful.

I think it was not much different from other booking sites. Don't know what the price protector is.

All of the staff from pickup at airport, issueing the vehicle, returning the vehicle and finally dropoff at airport were fantastic

Price protector was great and provided a better price within a week on an already great price. The app works very well.

Fair bit of paper work at pickup, relatively new car only 40K kms, notable fuel efficiency, good ride!

BAD SERVICE AND HOTLINE NOT WORKING! Our flight was 10 am at the morning, the staff told us 3 hours prior to returning the car. When we arrived Apex at 7 am in the date of return. The office was only open at 8 am. The staff knew we will take the 10 am flight when we pickup the car, but didn’t remind us the office opening hours and the out side office hours drop off arrangement. And we tried to contact Apex by the hotline number shows at the office front door, which never connected. Very bad service and bad experience. NEVER HIRE APEX CAR AGAIN!!!!!!
