Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

The car I received was fantastic - new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and in great condition. Exactly what was required and at a fantastic rate.

Very easy to book, clear and simple.

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.

More polite counter staff would make a big difference.
