No upselling, didn't have the booked model, was given a Ford Explorer with around 10,000 miles. Vehicle condition was fine. Received a $50 charge 7 days after returning the car, customer service said it was for tolls. No detailed breakdown, but I did use some toll roads, seems about right.

Dislike: Staff knew they didn't have the class of car I'd reserved, but instead of advising me of that, they hard sold me into an upsell.
