There wasn't much of a queue. We were unfamiliar with hybrid vehicles, but the staff provided patient and detailed explanations. The only downside was that the car's screen initially couldn't connect to the phone for mirroring, which made driving a bit inconvenient. Later, the car system automatically connected to the phone, and the trip went smoothly.

I was given an upgraded Audi Q2 when picking up the car. The vehicle was relatively new with only over 10,000 kilometers on it. It was very easy to drive and the location was easy to find.
