The staff immediately located the order. After submitting the domestic driver's license and credit card for authorization and confirmation, proceed to the parking lot to pick up the car. When exiting the parking lot, submit the domestic driver's license again for registration, and you are ready to go. For car return, fill up the tank in advance, follow the staff's guidance, and complete the return process seamlessly. The experience was excellent.

The rental car center at San Francisco Airport has a row of counters. Budget's line was the longest, which proves that Budget offers the best deals.

Although the queue time was long, the service was excellent. When I lost the key, the staff stayed with me the whole time, providing assistance and transportation. They had someone tow the car back, but I later found the key, so they didn't charge a towing fee. The next day, they refunded my deposit in full. Budget's service in San Francisco is much better than in Los Angeles.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport directly to the rental location, and the process is very quick. There are staff guiding you in the parking lot, making it very easy to find the car. Even during the early morning return, there were staff on duty who were very enthusiastic, making the return process smooth. Great service!
