The car was great – basically brand new and really powerful. It even felt like there was some steering assist when turning, automatically adjusting a bit so it was easier to handle. I realized the insurance I bought didn’t really cover damage. The guy at the rental counter said if you don’t buy the extra coverage, any damage could cost you over £1,000, but with it you only pay £100 per incident. I ended up adding that on the spot, around £18 per day.

Overall satisfied, except for the promotion of insurance.

The process was quick and efficient. I’m quite satisfied with the car this time. It has a spacious interior and great performance.
