A man, possibly of African descent, spoke unclearly and was extremely inefficient. We were the only customers, yet we had to wait 15 minutes before he slowly came over to assist us without even greeting us. He noticed we had purchased full insurance from the rental company but spent another 20 minutes trying to sell us a $139 SunPass. While processing our paperwork, he kept making personal phone calls, making it difficult to understand what he was saying. We arrived at 11:20, but only managed to get the car the following day.

Arriving at the airport branch before 8 AM meant no queues, but I still faced persistent upselling. They added a lot of insurance for me to sign. Thanks to QEEQ's pre-rental reminders, I knew I didn't have to pay extra as I had already paid in full. Despite repeatedly telling the counter staff that I had purchased comprehensive insurance in China, they insisted it wasn't valid, which was quite annoying. When I picked up the car, it didn't seem to match the model I had selected. A few days later, I rented the same model from AVIS and realized it had much more space. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for.

アメリカのレンタカー会社としては対応は普通。問題無く予約も入っており特に問題はなし。時期的な事もあり待ち時間は無。追加の保険のセールスも無。

最初にIrerandからの請求だったため、カード会社のFraud Protectionに引っ掛かりカード会社へ連絡しないとならなかった。予約時間の変更ができず、一旦キャンセルするしか無かったが、無料キャンセルが少し分かりづらく、返金等に問題が出ると面倒なので時間変更をあきらめた。 他問題無し。お勧めです。

Easy finding location, good customer services. Only had minor radar cruise control issue, but not impacted driving. Overall, very good.

I though that the staff were very ignorant and unhelpful when I needed assitance with the child seat, also I asked for a toll tag and never received it, there seemed to be nobody at the desk when I needed assistance. Need more task lighting in the pick up area, how is anyone suppose to install a seat in bad lighting
