Pick-up process was convenient, staff attitude was good. However, I rented a BMW X3 but was provided with a Mercedes GLC300de. The vehicle was relatively new, with less than 10,000 kilometers on the odometer, but the trunk was quite small, only able to fit three small suitcases. The return process was swift; the inspection staff simply walked around the vehicle and said everything was fine, and the deposit was refunded within an hour. A reminder for everyone: Swiss roads can be quite tricky. They are narrow, have sharp bends, and drivers tend to go fast and aggressively. There are many speed limits, restrictions, and mobile cameras enforcing them, with frequent incidents of concealed enforcement. Self-driving tours may not be very friendly here. Road restrictions change quickly and often, so it's crucial to drive carefully.

Very good and efficient. This time, the staff gave me a choice and allowed me to pick a slightly lower grade car while including insurance for a second driver. In the end, I chose this car model. The car was very new, having only been driven 2,000 kilometers, and it had GPS.

Apart from giving us a slightly cheaper car model, everything else was fine. Originally we rented a Jeep, but they replaced it with a Peugeot 308. We didn't want to go back to change it because it was inconvenient.

The car was new with good condition, and the service was excellent. The pickup and return were convenient. The only drawback is that the price was a bit high during peak season. I'll definitely come back when the prices are more reasonable.

We arrived early to try picking up the car. Initially, they told us there were no cars available and asked us to come back at the scheduled time. Later, they informed us that a car was available, and we managed to get it about an hour early. The return time remained the same as in the original booking. We found out later that this extra hour was crucial; otherwise, we would have been charged for an entire extra day! Also, the booked model was not available, so they upgraded us to a different, brand new car with a navigation system.
