I booked an Audi A3 but was given a VW T-Cross instead. The car's condition was mediocre, and the chassis started shaking at a speed of 100 km/h.

I booked a Golf, but the staff gave me a Hyundai. The Europcar employees were a bit rude, clearly they had a Golf but didn't give it to me.

Sometimes the queue at the counter is very long, sometimes it's completely empty. It depends on the time; on average, the wait is 10 to 20 minutes. The service attitude is alright; some are very business-like, and some are more eager to help. Encountering a good employee is a matter of luck.

Fairly convenient, and the pickup and drop-off service was satisfactory. Next time, I'll rent a larger car. The back seat is uncomfortable for three people on long trips.

Our flight arrived early at Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport, but the car pickup point was at Terminal 2. Germans are very strict; at Terminal 1, we were told we could only pick up the car at Terminal 2. It took some effort to find the pickup point at Terminal 2, which is located under McDonald's. We had to pick up the car at the exact time on the order because the car wasn't ready yet. We bought supplementary full insurance on the QEEQ website, but it didn't show up in the German order. Luckily, there were no accidents. Adding an additional driver costs an extra 50 euros, but the insurance must be purchased through them to be covered.
