The travel experience was great, haven't been this happy in a long time.

The staff service was okay, but the rental start time indicated was unreasonable. Even though I arrived at the pickup location at 5:30 PM, the rental agreement stated a 4:45 PM start time, which seems to reflect the time I reached the airport counter. Fortunately, they allowed a one-hour extension for the return. Additionally, a deposit of 10,000 THB was required at the store, which would be refunded to the credit card 14 days after returning the car. It would be better if the deposit could be refunded immediately after the car is inspected during return.

It's very convenient to pick up the car, and it takes about 10 minutes to get used to driving on the right-hand side.
