The car was great, relatively new, with a clean interior and no unpleasant odors. There is a deposit of 10,000 baht, and I was informed by the staff that it would take about two weeks to refund. Now, I'm just waiting for the deposit to be returned.

The staff service was okay, but the rental start time indicated was unreasonable. Even though I arrived at the pickup location at 5:30 PM, the rental agreement stated a 4:45 PM start time, which seems to reflect the time I reached the airport counter. Fortunately, they allowed a one-hour extension for the return. Additionally, a deposit of 10,000 THB was required at the store, which would be refunded to the credit card 14 days after returning the car. It would be better if the deposit could be refunded immediately after the car is inspected during return.
