To avoid trouble, we reluctantly bought a little more, fearing that they might give us a bad car if we refused. Perhaps they were dissatisfied with what we bought, as we ended up with a very poor-quality car with over 60,000 miles on it. The car vibrated while idling at red lights, making the experience dreadful and giving us constant fear that it might break down on the road. Initially, we didn't notice issues at lower speeds, but on the highway, when we drove over 70 mph, the entire car shook. We had to keep the speed below 65 mph. We will not rent vehicles from this company again. (Additionally, there was a hidden charge, which we are checking with the bank to identify. It may be related to a high-speed toll system they promoted. They claimed it was pay-as-you-go and refundable for unused amounts, but if this charge turns out to be non-refundable, it’s truly unacceptable. We will provide further clarification once confirmed.)
