Good service attitude, but the queue time was a bit long. The rental process needs improvement to speed up the time.

The store is within walking distance from Southern Cross Station. We were four people, and two of us took an Uber with four suitcases, costing 8 AUD, while the other two took the tram. The car rental company is very professional, and the staff explained everything patiently. We left a 100 AUD deposit, which will be refunded 7 working days after returning the car. However, we haven't received it yet. Returning the car at Avalon Airport is also convenient. Just park the car at the designated rental parking lot and drop the keys in the Dropbox at the car rental counter in the terminal. Local time at the airport and major streets and scenic spots can be seen locally.

I booked an medium SUV kia Sportage but the counter staff convinced me for an mercedes GLA180 upgrade without asking me how many passengers and luggage I have. At the end my family have to suffer limited space throughout Melbourne journeys for 6 days in GOR. Hope for customer oriented services instead of money making. Will not return again.

The car exceeded my expectations. It was a nice car to drive around and there were no damages. It was like a brand new car. It allows us to connect our phone and display our GPS on the screen directly instead of looking through our phones which is a plus point. However, the lady staff at Europcar wasn’t that friendly when assisting us, for that there is some room of improvements.
