The service attitude was excellent. However, Australian English has a unique accent and they speak very quickly, probably due to their proficiency. If there are unclear points, it is advisable to repeat them for confirmation. Overall, it was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Simple and convenient, great service, and easy return. Just need to return the car a bit earlier in the afternoon as the staff leave on time.

Very helpful. Was disappointed that the additional insurance I took that “cleared” the excess was actually not direct with Budget and was something I would have been charged extra for if something had happened
