Fast and good service

From May to December, they have been using car damage as an excuse to withhold my deposit, but I can confirm that I didn't cause any damage. Pickup was also very inconvenient because the online address was not the actual store address.

We had a tough time renting this car due to issues with the credit card payment. Our limited English skills made it unclear whether it was a problem with the card or the store's POS machine signal. However, the same card worked fine when renting from another company. Not sure why this company couldn't process it. Overall, it was quite frustrating.

At the store, you can ask the staff if there are any available upgrades; they usually help you find one, which is great.
