This was the most disappointing car rental experience. The store did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle before pickup, and upon return claimed there were extra scratches on the car. I drove very carefully the entire time with no incidents. The staff at the Frankfurt branch had a very poor attitude.

Very satisfied! Great car model, quick and enthusiastic service from the staff, and the vehicle was clean and tidy.

I rented a Passat but got an Opel station wagon. It felt average to drive, but the trunk was quite large.

Although this Enterprise car rental company is cheap, it is very unreliable. Two rentals ago, I booked a B-class station wagon and received an A-class Focus station wagon instead. The last rental was even worse; they told me there were no cars available when I arrived at the store. So far, Zuzuche has not given me a satisfactory response.

The service was great, and the car was pretty good. They even gave us a free upgrade.
