Overall okay, except for the car pick up.

Considerable wait on collection of the car, which was in poor condition with stains on the inside. Mechanically sound, but cosmetically not very good. Also, central locking only worked off the key, not the fob.

It needs to be clear that there is no one waiting for you outside. You need to exit and go to your right where the transit van waits for you. Also again the full to full doesn’t apply. Usually you return the car trying to get the right amount of gas… Generally speaking I would rent again from Abbycar BUT I would like the full to full to be applied. Very friendly staff!

Car was high mileage but drove ok. Counter staff friendly and professional.

There was couple of minor scratches on the plastic bumper, no dent, no real damage, just scratches. Every car has couple of them at least, especially when driving on greek roads. However, they charged 660€ for the damage. For the damage they are not going to fix ever. Even the clerk admitted that it will “most probably stay”. They are making real good money out this “damage” business and I am wondering how this can be legal. I checked and the whole new bumper for hyundai i20 costs half less.

Fortunately I bought full Axa insurance. However it isn’t really care free, because anyway you must cover the damage and then apply for the refund. The settlement should be direct, between car rental company and EasyRentCars / Axa.

Was another company that abbycar works with and although the fuel policy was full to full they gave Me the car with empty tank. Also when I dropped the car off they suggested next time to call then directly and not go through your website.
