Pick up was horrible with a 1.5 hour wait. Drop off was just the opposite with nearly no wait, including the convenient shuttle bus.

They might try to upsell additional chargeable items. The instructions during pickup were unclear, there were not many staff members, and the service attitude was not very friendly.

Trying to change the booking time took some resolving but we got there. The car had lots of scratches all around, which is fine but please indicate them rather than asking me to do it! The car was fantastic highly recommended exceeded my expectations

“Pain in the ass getting the car at LAX from thrifty”

Thrifty’s LAC office is closed due to covid. They didn’t say so on the reservation. Thrifty had a sign that said they were closed, but didn’t tell me I needed to go to Hertz to pick up the car. Better communication would be helpful!
