Up sell of prepaid fuel on drop off was way more expensive than doing it myself. They told it its at a cheaper price per gallon when i got the car to do that.

The counter staff lied to our faces, about extra insurances and gas prices and tried to bill an additional $100usd. Useless. Dishonest. Will not use thrifty again.

We waited for a long time to get the car, which was not the car we reserved. We reserved a mini van and ended up with a SUV with 3rd row seating after waiting for a very long time for a van. There were many other families waiting for a mini van as well but there were none available. We got tired of waiting as our visit was short in LA and we had much to do. We finally agreed to take a SUV just to get out of the Thrifty lot.
