Waiting over 40 Minutes for car to be available as they didn't have any of the type we booked in the lot and didn't want to upgrade etc. it was tiring.
More worryingly they have posted an additional charge to my credit card with no explanation. It just labeled as no packaged item charge and it's added $24.17 to my card. I have tried to find no it what it's for but no clue. We declined any and everything they offered and relied on the fact we'd pre booked and paid for everything with QEEQ. Have asked for QEEQ to try and fine out what the charges are for. Fingers crossed some one will explain or arrange for refund if they are not right.
Average. Americans tend to work a bit slower, so there was some waiting during pickup. A reminder: it's best to ask for an accident hotline when picking up the car. We had a minor collision, and it took a long time to find the right contact and person to handle it.
Very satisfied, they even helped me with my luggage after returning the car.
