The lady at the front desk was very kind. She asked where I was heading and informed me that there was a storm in that area. She even proactively checked the road conditions for me, saying there were no road closures for now. The only issue was waiting a bit for the shuttle, as it doesn't pick up just one person at a time.

The car was excellent, it exceeded our expectation as it was a 'mystery car'. It was comfortale and in excellent condition.

The phone number provided to call them was incorrect. It went straight to voicemail. We were waiting at the airport with no working contact number. Also, the staff did not do a walk around with me. He said the damage had been photographed so there is no need to worry about it. When I returned the car, the staff member told me there is damage on the door, I told her it was already there. I felt that I had to prove that I didnt damage the car all because the staff member was too lazy to walk around the car with me when we picked it up

Good customer service. I had to return the car early due to low front tire tread that was not safe, but they replaced the rental, no questions asked.

Pros: Good value for money. Cons:The wait at the airport was quite long. While other operators came in more frequently the Ace Rental pick up van frequency was not good, may be because it was a public holiday that day.
