We went for a mystery car and ended up with a lovely Mazda CX-5. Taylor, the rental car receptionist, was great and made our rental experience very smooth.

Yes the car exceeded my expectations. The wait for the shuttle took a while, but understandable. The counter wait was a while due to a high number of cars going out. The counter staff were friendly and explained everything clearly.

The only disadvantage of ACE Rental Cars was their pick-up-location. Since i booked the car not directly after my flight, i had no shuttle-bus. And there's no public transport going to ACE Rental Cars. So I needed to walk 30 minutes. But all in all i am very happy with ACE and would do it again.
