The car pickup process was quite slow, had to wait in line for a long time. However, given the price, there's nothing much to complain about.

I just asked if I needed to add extra insurance, and they said no, so I picked up the car. When returning the car, I had underfilled the fuel by half a tank and offered to pay some money, but the staff said it was okay. This rental company feels very honest and straightforward, with no tricks.

I was looking forward renting a Fiat 500 that I booked , Instead I got a Ford . The car was fine , but the right front tire kept telling me on the dashboard that was low on air so I had to keep putting air in it …. Was annoying .
