Arrived at the counter at 7:30 AM but was not allowed to pick up the car early; they strictly adhere to the pickup time. Although the office usually closes at 9 PM, we returned the car at 8:30 PM the night before. The inspection staff were not available, so we were told to leave the keys in the box. However, there have been no issues so far.

There was a mileage limit on the vehicle, and I was charged a high fee for the extra kilometers. It was a significant loss.
