The car rental company did a good job overall, but they were dishonest. They initially gave me a very small car that couldn't fit my luggage. I requested a larger vehicle, but they lied and said there were none available. However, after QEEQ customer service intervened, they provided me with a car that met my needs.

The staff were very friendly and professional! Both the pick-up and return processes were quick!

My car the gas gauge is not working.. they should get it fix before to rent it out

It would be much professional (and relaxing) if the company would send us a confirmation mail or SMS after getting our car and keys back.
