Overall great experience. Pick up was confusing. Didn’t know which shuttle will pick us up.

Terrible location. Terrible staff, Terrible service, I wish I did not deal with the "ROUTE" dealer. I spent over 2 hours to pick up the car, because the cars are filthy and stinky. Dog hair everywhere, ............ the list could go on and on ...... will take them off my list and will let all my friends know . Most of all, After I waited for over an hour dealing with all these problems, one of the staff told me that " I had enough of you and I do not want to deal with you". What kind of customer's service is this!!!!!!!!!!

They didn't have any cars so they ended up giving us a Van. Which ended up costing us almost twice as much in gas. Van was good, everything worked well.

Waited over 1 hour to be picked up. Spent over 30 minutes to receive Vehicle

We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to drive us to the airport. Because of this, we missed our 1 hour window to check our bags in. Because of this, I had to dispose of $50 worth of items I couldn't bring onto the plane. Also, when we received the car it was very dirty on the inside and outside. However, overall check-in/check-out service with somewhat quick.

Extremely friendly staff. Great service. So nice to be greeted witha smile after spending so much time in a plane.
