Awesome.

Terrible location. Terrible staff, Terrible service, I wish I did not deal with the "ROUTE" dealer. I spent over 2 hours to pick up the car, because the cars are filthy and stinky. Dog hair everywhere, ............ the list could go on and on ...... will take them off my list and will let all my friends know . Most of all, After I waited for over an hour dealing with all these problems, one of the staff told me that " I had enough of you and I do not want to deal with you". What kind of customer's service is this!!!!!!!!!!

When we got off the plane, we couldn't find where to go to pick up the car. I finally called. I was told someone would be there in a few minutes. It was about 40 minutes later. Later at the pickup location, it seemed like everyone was disorganized. The woman behind the counter asked if we would take a large mini-van. We had ordered a small Toyota Corolla. We agreed, but would have much preferred a smaller car. The mini-van was so large it was hard to park, and worse on gas.

Car was not the one we booked--needed a small car for my partner to drive, and received a very large Jeep vehicle that was difficult to enter, exit, and to park.

We had to wait 30 minutes for the van to drive us to the airport. Because of this, we missed our 1 hour window to check our bags in. Because of this, I had to dispose of $50 worth of items I couldn't bring onto the plane. Also, when we received the car it was very dirty on the inside and outside. However, overall check-in/check-out service with somewhat quick.

This company is a mess!! No drop off key box!! Shuttle from the airport is taking 30m to arrive. No shuttle back to the airport after 6pm
