The experience this time was excellent! I've been using QEEQ for many years and have never encountered any issues. For this business trip, I chose to pick up the car at the train station and return it at the airport. The entire process was very smooth. Driving in Paris is indeed challenging, but I didn't face any major problems. Remember to park in secure lots with proper security for safety! The most surprising part was that the car rental company provided a Lexus RX450, and it was a pleasure to drive. Fuel costs for the two days were only around 30 euros, with a driving distance of roughly 100 kilometers.

After having puncture in Paris I received poor direction and service from enterprise. Having found a garage Midas and then told to take vehicle to Speedy as that was authorised. Then we had to wait around 2.5 hours for a authorisation code from enterprise before tyres could be changed. Repeatedly contacted enterprise and was passed from department to department. The hole customer service fell far short of the required standard.

Enterprise staff were excellent, I was offered a choice between 2 cars, the one I chose was brand new with 7km on the clock. No fuss, no mention of any extras trying to be sold to me. On drop off a quick thorough check by staff of the car and then free to go.

I was wary at first because it seemed too easy and reasonably priced to book with EasyRentCars but very happy with the service I received. I didn’t use the price drop as I already booked for such a great price I didn’t think I’d get it cheaper anyway.
