Terrible service. Even though I showed the staff my order indicating I had already purchased full insurance, they insisted on adding insurance to the contract. Later, the staff claimed the extra payment was for fuel, but it included insurance, making me pay extra for insurance. Very deceitful.

I picked up the car early in the morning, the service was quick and efficient, very good.

Poor attitude during both pick-up and drop-off.
