Super quick process, really happy with the service.

The pickup counter at the airport was really easy to find – clear signs, right inside the terminal near the exit, and not far to walk. Check-in paperwork was straightforward. We returned the car in downtown Sydney and that was also easy to locate, with clear directions and signs. Parking the car and pulling into the bay was smooth, the return process was simple, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Very satisfied with the service.

Like: The team at Europcar were great, even though we did not get the car we reserved they looked after us with providing an upgrade, it was a nice surprise my kids are still talking about the Jaguar SUV we drove to Melbourne in.
Dislike: Our only disappointment was the fact we did not get the car we reserved due to heavy smoker, however the Europcar team came to the rescue and upgraded our vehicle, very nice touch considering the situation.
