Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.

Like: pick up/drop off instructions were easy to understand. Booking process was smooth and efficient. Excellent value for money.
Dislike: At the rental counter i felt like i was unnecessarily sold an unlimited toll fee package which i didn't really need. And also looking back at receipt i seem to have been charged for a concession fee recovery which i thought fro my booking was included in the price.
