The counter clerk gave me the wrong car and charged me full price for it. Then he rectified the mistake and refunded the money on my card. I ended up losing some money on the exchange rate.

Staff were rude when dropping car off. They told me to shut up and I was going to go insane but I had a flight to catch. They were very very rude after dropping car off.
