The service was excellent and the staff was patient. I opted for the basic insurance and there was no push to upgrade to full coverage. There was hardly any queue, only one person ahead of me, and the paperwork was processed quickly. A great experience.

Great friendly helpful staff, car was very comfortable and spacious, no complaints. Had to call on arrival as there was no sign of the meet and greet but they turned up promptly, otherwise delighted and will definitely use again!
