On average, each customer, even those who have made an online reservation and paid for full insurance, faces intentional delays of over 40 minutes. If no additional purchases are made, the staff I encountered falsely claimed there were no cars available and that I needed to wait around 2 more hours. Later, I found out there were actually more than 20 cars of the same model available. This is an extremely poor rental company with terrible service. I will never choose this rental company again. I wish to file a complaint against the staff and the rental company.

I went to the US with my husband, and the reservation was under my name. However, I forgot to bring my driver's license and wanted to change the reservation to my husband's name.
