従業員の人数が充分でなく、車の受取に2時間以上待たされた。 その上予約していた車が無く、それ以上に高いランクの車を勧められ、それしかないので仕方なくそれを借りる事にした。 二度とこのお店では借りない。場所も遠く沢山の荷物を持っての移動はバスでもたいへんでした。。。

“This is not a car rental business, it's an insurance rip-off.”

After being hustled to take extra insurance, I was told that if I didn't take some form of expensive top-up insurance, they would hold GBP 1500 on my card. If any issue was experienced with the car, even as small as a tyre issue, they would take the full GBP1500.

“Good cars”

Like: Good cars, free.
Dislike: My car was not washed and clean up inside (rubbish inside- crips everwhere, grapes, empty bottle and dirty outside). They said they were busy and had no time to clean the car...but they gave me an upgraded car.
