I booked a car for a one-way trip, but found out they made a mistake at the drop-off time. Fortunately, after communicating, someone came quickly to retrieve the car, so my trip wasn't delayed.

Could not ever get through to an English speaking operator for the customer service numbers provided me even though it was offered on the call menu. Just infinite waits and call was never answered. Also 5 days after turn in and there is still an extra "deposit" charge still on our credit card. Was supposed to be reversed.
