Car pickup was mostly smooth.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.

After paying the full cost on the QEEQ website, I was informed at the Alamo branch at Los Angeles Airport that I was required to purchase additional third-party liability insurance. This caused a bit of a delay in picking up the car, as this requirement was not previously disclosed on the QEEQ website.
