Also, I had an unusual experience with the fuel policy this time. In past rentals, cars were given and returned with a full tank. However, this time I missed that the contract had a 'FPO Accepted' clause, meaning 'Fuel Purchase Option.' This led to an extra charge for a full tank of fuel, including taxes and service fees, amounting to nearly $40, even though I returned the car with a full tank. Fortunately, I noticed this when I rented another car right after returning the first one, and I requested a refund. Currently, I'm waiting for the refund. Reminder to all rental friends: always clarify any fees you don't understand!
