I booked a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Škoda Octavia, insisting it was the same level. Also, they didn't help me install the highway toll device, and later charged me a 38 AUD service fee to pay the tolls. It's like being ripped off.

Overall, it's alright. However, the website indicated that GPS was free with a deposit, but at the counter, it was $25 per day. Eventually, we upgraded to an Audi Q5 with built-in navigation for $36 per day. Other than that, everything was fine as it's a big rental company. The rental and return process was smooth.

It's right across from the airport terminal, easy to find. Didn't have to wait at all for the car.

Very good, the service was excellent, they always had a smile.
