The service desk is not inside the airport. I had to borrow a local's phone to contact the rental company for a pickup, which took about five to six minutes. The original car model wasn't available, so they offered a Passat. The fuel tank wasn't full, the car wasn't cleaned, and there were several long women's hairs inside. The car was covered in scratches. Additionally, my credit card didn't go through, so I couldn't rent the car. They returned me to the airport where I switched to Avis, and the same credit card worked without any issues. I will not use Alamo again.

Overall, pretty good. The actual car provided was a Peugeot 2008, a new model from June this year. It suits the local road conditions perfectly. Highly recommended!

When picking up the car, they only focused on selling insurance and didn't provide any rescue details or other important information. The car broke down midway and couldn't move at all. When calling customer service, they couldn't handle more than a few sentences in English. We eventually found a local person to help communicate, and they promised to call back but never did—let alone provide actual assistance. Upon returning, they blamed us for dialing the wrong number, but we contacted Ctrip after failing to reach the rental company, and even Ctrip couldn't get in touch. Now the rental company has charged me several thousand yuan, and five days later, there's still no resolution. They keep asking for my review, but honestly, what aspect deserves a positive rating?
