The staff were friendly and patient in explaining everything in detail, always wearing a smile and did not try to sell any additional products.

Pick-up at the airport was very convenient, but the queue was slightly long. There were additional tax fees during drop-off which were not mentioned earlier.

Hertz rental company has a cold attitude towards Chinese people, not as good as Avis! When picking up and returning the car, no one interacts with you much, and they don't even provide receipt documents. Moreover, they didn't inform me about DEF for the diesel car, causing me to worry for a long time and pay an extra 15 euros for AdBlue.

The car wasnt in the greatest shape. The pick up took inordinately long and had me visiting multiple desks! Also, I paid extra for a GPS system (that turned out to be inbuilt) in the car but had not been updated! It kept on misdirecting me and I had to use google maps on my phone

Hertz wouldn’t rent to me. I contacted them ahead of time to see if they would accept my temporary license and they said they would. Upon arrival they told me they wouldn’t accept it and so they couldn’t rent to me. I ended up renting from a different company.
