I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the parking lot didn’t have any and the other comparable models weren’t appealing. Even though I can accept other models of the same level, the selected one was the most attractive at the time of booking. Most SUVs don't have a luggage cover, so if you leave luggage in the car in outdoor parking for extended periods, the risk is higher in certain areas. The car rental companies I previously booked all provided a luggage cover.

The service was great! Plenty of cars! However, I did not get the Grand Cherokee I reserved. Clearly, it was available but they didn't give it to me! This is really unacceptable.

All cars parked within specific category eg small medium etc so could pick the car you wanted to drive. keys already in the car so just sit and drive out to the boot. Car is scanned to your details and off you go. Returning the car was such a simple process as well just loved it. drive through lane , attendant scans details, looks around vehicle check mileage and fuel and you receive print out and off you go. Thank you we certainly will be using the service again.

Great service. Had requested gps and this was promptly followed up on. Competitive price which certainly made the choice easier. Keep up the great work. Many thanks and will be a returning customer on next trip .

Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes.
Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
