The attitude was acceptable. Had to wait a long time for the car delivery and ended up with a different vehicle.

Due to the pandemic, we were given a hard time by other rental companies in Paris, but Hertz was very friendly and rented a car to us. To show my gratitude, I upgraded the vehicle. However, due to changes in our return schedule, we needed to switch to a different drop-off location and exchange the car earlier. Firstly, contacting their customer service by phone was very difficult. Secondly, there were errors in the final bill. Nevertheless, after communicating with QEEQ customer service, the extra charges were refunded.

Picking up the car was very convenient

Arrived at the counter around 6 AM to handle the paperwork and pick up the car. It was in Terminal 2, very easy to find. The staff at the counter were very friendly and quickly completed the procedures. Got the car right outside.

The service provided by the lady at CDG Terminal 2F was excellent. The new car had an odor, and she helped us by contacting her manager for a replacement. We are very grateful to her. Initially, we went to Hertz at Terminal 2E, and they said there were no other cars available.
