The service was excellent, but there were lots of people, so I had to wait in line for quite a while.

We called to change the drop-off city midway, the customer service was very efficient and the service was excellent.

Both the pickup and return processes were smooth. I didn't even need to use the driver's license translation I had prepared. Picked up the car at JFK.

The drop off location had an interior sign that couldn't be visible from the street I was lost for half hour and finally had to drop off the car in the other location.

Issues with pick up we waited a long time to get the car in line then was embarrassed because they wanted two credit cards which I did not travel with two and additional money which I was NOT expecting!!! Ultimately charged much more than quoted upfront despite following rules returning vehicle is new condition with a full tank of gas!

Booked easy but needed the detailed about bringing two credit cards.
