Good and will book with ACE again

I booked a 2023 Toyota Camry (Standard/Mid-Size), but was actually given a Kia K4 (Compact). Initially, the staff said there were no Camrys available and tried to offer an old Subaru small SUV, which couldn't fit two suitcases. Only then did they switch to the Kia K4. The vehicle provided did not meet the expected model.

Surprised to have to pay GST as extra charge. Shouldn’t it have been part of the original quote?!

The car was quite scratched and smelt of cigarette smoke , I have also been charged twice and not sure why?It is also almost 4 days since I returned the car and still have not got my $250 deposit back, the staff failed to tell me I could use my TOLL account from NSW to pay tolls in VIC but instead made me buy a $17 toll credit

You guys rock and have the best rates online... I suggest you don't refer Ace Rentals though!

The customer service of Ace is very poor. Michael and Jake were very unhelpful and showed no interest in job. Jake was very rude and refused to come out when I had to ask something about the hand break. He said its not his responsibility. All I did i asked to show the hand break as it was at the foot site. A smirk on the face and doesn't care attitude. I have given back the another car I rented the last week 6 days back and bond payment of that car is not yet released. I am still chasing them. Never going back to ACE.
