We got an upgrade to a good diesel 4x4 which was good. The counter staff member (pretty sure it was Denise) was great. The car was pretty dirty but they had some issues with getting cars delivered in time so the staff were managing everyone really well.

Super easy to use and a far superior price to anything else.

The car was amazing, absolutely loved it. Procedure around when and how excess is payable would have been great before picking up the vehicle not after.

The first car offered was a larger one than we booked- we asked to change to the car we booked (Toyota Corolla hatch). A Hyundai 30 was offered, which we accepted. However there were some technical problems with the car and the service officer had to find another one. 3 cars and more than 1 hour from arriving at the pick up point. The customer service was fine, it appears there may be a quality assurance problem. The drop off went extremely well. All customer service staff were very polite and helpful.

AUD 250 was held as deposit & it was cancelled when the car was returned in good condition.
