1. The airport shuttle vehicles are convenient and easy to identify, which is great for first-time visitors to the US. There are pickup points at every exit. 2. The pick-up and drop-off procedures are straightforward. Picking up the car took about 15 minutes due to some questions about options, but once done, we headed out to pick up the car and left. For drop-off, we drove to the inspection area. Although it was 8 PM and there were queues, there were many inspectors and the process was quick, with the inspection and receipt printed within 2 minutes. No further waiting was needed.

Compared to other companies, there are more car models, quick service, and clear GPS.

Very close to the airport, with convenient shuttle bus service. Quick and easy car pick-up and return process, excellent service, highly recommended.

Wait long time for the car (minivan) ordered. Were offered to choose any smaller SUVs available, but it just could not accomodate the luggages we brought. Good that at last a 7 seater SUV was available and we took it.
